We manufacture vacuum frames according to customer dimensions for complex geometries, non-standard components and special conditions for tightness control.
About custom vacuum frames
Custom vacuum frames are required when the standard geometry does not cover the inspection area shape, weld length, assembly configuration or surface features.
This format is in demand for non-standard tanks, complex welded joints, pipe sections, spatial units, combined geometry and other tasks where a standard frame does not provide working coverage of the area.
Dimensions, drawing, sketch, photo of the site, product diagram or technical specification are suitable for calculation. The more accurate the initial data, the faster you can select the design and coordinate the frame configuration.
If the task is covered by a standard series, the serial item RUNDT is usually selected, since standard frames are almost always present in stock or in the production program. If the standard is not suitable, a custom-made version is prepared for a specific object.
Manufacturing is carried out by the manufacturer RUNDT / TECH NK LLC, and the composition of the solution and set of documents are determined by the type of frame, scope and nature of the object.
